Program:

  • Introduction/discussion on Afghan Civil Society and further capacity building
  • Experiences from capacity building. 10 min presentation and questions, from Care, Norwegian Red Cross, and Norwegian Church Aid


 Issues for debate:

  • Has Norwegian NGOs a comparative advantage for particular types of capacity building?
  • Potential for collaboration and joint efforts?
  • Potential collaboration with Afghan civil society organisations and the Afghan government (central and local)?


Light lunch will be served.
